- Regular visits of the designer to site (visits plan is scheduled) in order to control the performance of construction team at each stage of work at facility. In other words, control and consulting in compliance with the design project
- Adjustments to the drawings after dismantling old and installing new partitions, after leveling floors, walls and ceilings
- Selection of decoration materials, furniture and interior items (choice of floor and wall coverings, joinery, tiles, sanitary ware, electric household appliances, lighting, cabinet and upholstered furniture, decoration with works of art, accessories, selection of textiles, etc.) with the customer
- Preparation of commercial offers indicating suppliers
- Reconciliation of bills for materials and equipment with the Customer
